The creation of the Table estrienne de concertation interordres en éducation (TECIÉ) produced favourable conditions for regional mobilization on educational success.
TECIÉ member organizations are involved not only financially through the framework of a specific agreement, but also through participation on bodies such as TECIÉ and the Mobilization Committee.
