As an employer, how can I help young people

Students doing paid work have become an undeniable social reality!

Did you know that in 2008, 72% of CEGEP students worked an average of 17 hours per week at a paid job during the school year. This percentage was 69% in 2004, 34% in 1988 and 17% in 1977. This growing phenomenon is also present at high school and university.

Employment can be an asset to school perseverance, except when too many hours are devoted to it per week.

You are an employer who have employees that are in school?
